Getting to Pender Place is easy!

Pender Place is located in the CBD of Maitland and approximately a 1 minute drive from the New England Highway which is the main link road from the New Area to Newcastle and Sydney.

Pender Place is bound by Ken Taubman Drive, the main street for local traffic, Church Street and Elgin Street. To get to Pender Place heading North on the New England Highway, Turn right at the roundabout heading down High Street. Pender Place is approximately 200 metres along High Street on the right hand side.

Pender Place is also conveniently located approximately 150 meters from Maitland Train Station - an easy walk for customers who wish to take the train rather than the hustle and bustle of driving! Pender Place has excess of 250 free car parking spaces available for customers, so parking at Pender Place is always convenient.

The site is located approximatley 150 metres from Maitlands High School, the tradional retail thoroughfare which contains numerous commerical and retail uses.
