Community/Charity Leasing Site

Pender Place has a strong commitment to the local community. We invite local community groups and charitable organisations to utilise our Casual Leasing site. 

The Community/ Charity site is located in front of Medicare. 

Over the past months, Pender Place has proudly offered Casual Leasing opportunities to groups such as The Salvation Army, Cancer Council & RSPCA - just to name a few.
